Terms of Service
These terms cover how you use this website and any quote or service request you send Oklahoma Home Movers. Use the site or ask us for service and you accept what is written below.
Quotes and estimates
Any quote from this site or our office rests on the details you hand us — rooms, belongings, access, addresses, and dates. Treat it as an estimate until it is confirmed; the final figure tracks the real scope of the job and is spelled out in your written estimate or moving agreement. Local jobs run hourly or as a quoted flat rate with a one-hour floor; a $99 deposit locks your date and gets credited against the closing bill. Should the scope shift noticeably from your description, we will talk through any change with you before we carry on.
Our service
Oklahoma Home Movers is a licensed, insured household-goods carrier holding US DOT and MC authority for interstate work. The trucks and the crews on your move are our own. Your signed moving agreement and bill of lading govern the job, alongside the federal and Oklahoma rules that apply.
Liability and protection
Released-value coverage runs $0.60 per pound per article by default, with full-value protection on offer for an added fee as your agreement describes. Cargo coverage reaches $1,000,000 per shipment. Any loss or damage claim has to come in writing inside the windows your agreement and the law allow. We are not responsible for goods we did not pack, for a thing’s built-in flaws, or for holdups from weather, roads, or anything else outside our reasonable control.
Storage
Anything left in our secured storage falls under the storage terms of your agreement — fees, access, and insurance included. Stored belongings stay subject to a lien for unpaid balances to the extent the law allows.
Website use
What is on this site is general information and can change without notice. Sending a form does not form a binding contract until we confirm the booking. Oklahoma state law governs these terms.
